Our High Intensity inspired classes are designed to challenge you to your limit. Our instructors design classes that are unique every time, ensuring that your body will always be challenged and you will never be bored! Modifications due to fitness level, physical limitations and prior injuries are provided to ensure a safe and effective workout for everyone.

JG X-Train is our high-intensity strength, power, and cardio interval class. This class provides the most metabolically efficient workout in the least amount of time. JG X-Train uses various pieces of equipment and the exercises are different every class. Water, towel, athletic shoes, and tons of energy required.

Express-X-trainExpress JG X-Train

A 25 minute version of our JG X-Train format, this class is high-intensity and fast paced.  You'll train intervals of strength, power, and cardio for a great metabolic workout.  JG X-Train uses various pieces of equipment and the exercises are different every class. This class is perfect for those with limited time, and for those who like to combine multiple class formats efficiently.  Please bring water, a towel, and fitness shoes.

Cardio-HIIT-150X150Cardio HIIT

Cardio High Intensity Interval Training is an amazing high energy workout. Jamming music boosts intervals of challenging, but simple moves. Then catch your breath during brief low intensity recovery periods. Prepare to sweat a lot! This is the ultimate calorie burning workout. Fitness shoes required.  Towel and water are highly recommended.

This class is high intensity and calorie blasting. You'll move from station to station experiencing fun intervals of cardio and strength for the entire body with a special emphasis on core. Get ready for awesome music, great equipment and high energy! Bring a towel and some water and come prepared to have fun and sweat! Fitness shoes required.

Fitness TrampolineFitness Trampoline

This dynamic and fun class includes intervals of cardio, strength, core, and flexibility work - all using the Trampoline! It's impossible to take this class and not smile.  You'll get an amazing workout and have as much fun as a kid jumping on a bed.  Athletic shoes required.  Water and towel highly recommended.

Trampoline Hiit 150X150Trampoline HIIT

Our Trampoline HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) class centers around the Fitness Trampoline.  You'll do intervals of high intensity cardio work on the Fitness Trampoline followed by short intervals of strength work.  Take your endurance to the next level by "jumping" into this high energy class featuring great music from today and yesterday!  Fitness shoes required. Towel and water highly recommended.

Express-TrampolineExpress Trampoline

This is our 25 minute version of our Fitness Trampoline Class.  You'll fly through cardio, strength, and core work.  Perfect for those with limited time and those who want to take multiple classes for variety and cross training. It's also great for those who are new to the format. Fitness shoes required.  Towel and water highly recommended.

Spinpower-SHREDCycling S.H.R.E.D.

Cycling S.H.R.E.D. (Sprints, Heavy Resistance, and Endurance Drills) taps into all three energy systems - the aerobic, anaerobic and the phosphagen - this class is designed to give you the most metabolically efficient ride resulting in the ultimate calorie burn. Combining high-intensity sprints with endurance-building stamina work, Cycling S.H.R.E.D. will leave you huffing, puffing, grunting and grimacing- all while having a blast, of course!

Spinpower PASSCycling P.A.S.S.

Cycling P.A.S.S. (Power, Anaerobic Stamina, and Speed) is an interval training workout.  Get ready to spike your metabolism and do some serious calorie burning! Focused on short, max-effort bursts, this high-intensity class will test the limits of your speed, stamina and power to unleash your athletic potential.  Our pedals take both regular fitness shoes and cycling shoes with SPD clips.  Bring water and a towel- you'll definitely need them!


This fun and calorie burning reformer class is low impact and high intensity. The reformer supports your back so you can focus on your hip, knee, and ankle alignment. The springs allow you to control the resistance and challenge. Between jumping intervals, you'll use traditional Reformer and Chair exercises for a full body workout. All levels welcome. An orientation class is required before joining any of our Reformer classes.

Total-Barre-Intense-150X150Total Barre™ Intense

This hot new workout incorporates intervals of traditional standing leg work at the ballet barre with high intensity work using light weights and resistance bands at a fast pace.  Central to the workout are toning and resistance exercises for the butt, legs, torso and arms to sculpt muscles and elongate the appearance of your body. These classes are held in our cool Barre Loft.
