I’ve put together a series of exercises for a workout program called “All You Need Is You.” It’s a challenging group of exercises that covers all the muscles in the body. And the best part is that you don’t need any exercise equipment. Just you! That means it’s perfect for when you can’t make it to the gym or when you’re traveling. We have 12 exercises in the series and we release a new exercise each week. So far there are two videos ready for viewing. The first is Push-up play time and those of you who know me, know that I LOVE push-ups. I think it’s the perfect exercise. There are so many ways to make a simple exercise harder or easier. The second exercise in the series is the Power Lunge Sprinter. This is a really dynamic exercise that involves stability, balance and power (a combination of strength and speed).
