Sarah has been teaching group exercise fitness since 2001. She started her time at JG Fitness & Pilates as a dedicated and enthusiastic client. Since then Sarah has become STOTT PILATES® certified in Mat and Reformer. She is also Cycling™ certified and working towards her full STOTT PILATES certification. Teaching others and helping them reach their fitness goals is a passion of Sarah's and she looks forward to working with you. Sarah also has a B.S. degree in Marine Biology from Texas A&M.
