We challenge you to jump into one of our cardio classes and not smile, while you sweat, of course! Cardio Exercise noticeably increases your heart rate and breathing and involves the continuous rhythmic movement of your large muscle groups. It’s a great way to burn calories and also a great way to improve your health.

All of our Cardio based classes are designed for maximum results while having fun. Our certified instructors plan each class and can modify most movements to accomodate for specific client issues or goals. By combining Cardio workouts with other formats, such as Strength, High Intensity and Pilates, you’ll get maximum results in minimum time.

Check out these great Cardio Class options. All classes are 50 minutes in length except for our Cycling only classes which are 45 minutes long, unless otherwise noted.

Cardio High Intensity Interval Training is an amazing high energy workout. Jammin' music sets the tone for intervals of fun mixed with lots of sweat! You'll run through our JG agility course, jump on our trampolines, and more in this ultimate calorie burning workout.

Trampoline

Intervals of cardio, strength, and core work - all using the trampoline! Our trampolines provide the perfect resistance for safe, comfortable jumping that will leave you dripping with sweat. Fitness shoes required.
