For participants already familiar with Intermediate Reformer exercises, this session will be an invaluable review and a great workout. Developed by the Merrithew™ team, practice the full selection of exercises from the STOTT PILATES Intermediate Reformer repertoire. Strategies toward creating a flowing workout will be discussed. However, discussion regarding modifications or other teaching tips will be kept to a minimum. Learn more complex and coordinated Intermediate-level skills, with emphasis on the goals of the exercises, correct biomechanics and alignment.
