Chase's ACC (Athletic Conditioning Clinic)

A combination of strength, power, endurance, agility, and mobility training

Chase's Athletic Conditioning Clinic is one of our most diverse offerings. Each day will teach you and your team how to conquer new challenges on nearly every piece of fitness equipment we offer here at JG. You will find no lack of motivation in this team driven atmosphere that promotes friendly competition and strong camaraderie.

What to expect:

- fundamentals of strength based conditioning
- Techniques of basic power lifting
- efficient cardiovascular endurance 
- improvement of mobility
- optional body composition measurements  (body fat%, inches lost or gained)
- tracking of fitness improvement on specific lifts and bouts of endurance

Tuesday thru Friday from 7am-7:50am
Small Group Training Room
Limited to 8 Participants
Fee: $640 for the entire program ($20 per workout).

Drop ins allowed (space available).  Drop in fee: $25 per session.
