Beach Body Clinic takes place in our Personal Training and Small Group Training Room, with all brand new equipment including medicine balls, dumbbells, TRX, Monkey Bars, a Jungle Gym, Jump Ropes, Stability Balls, Tubing, Speed and Agility Tools, and more! You’re going to love working out in our new space fully equipped with our Small Group Programming in mind.

This program is specifically designed for women. Beach Body Clinic, coached by Devon Beebe, fitness expert, focuses on strength building to get lean and toned. This intense program includes High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to burn the most fat. The program also includes ongoing nutrition consults, recipe ideas, and diet accountability. You’ll also get online support so that your coach is always with you.
In addition to your 3 group sessions per week, you can add 30-minute private training sessions for intense target work, measurements, and individual attention to help you get to your goals even faster.
You’ll document your records including: goals, body measurements, workouts, meals, and more. Studies show that documentation of your progress will help you stay on track and achieve your goals more effectively.
