Total Barre™ is a high-energy and dynamic workout that integrates elements of Pilates, dance, cardio & strength training. This hot new workout takes place in our cool Barre Loft.  Combining traditional Ballet Barre work with other disciplines to challenge your entire body and improve strength, balance, flexibility, and endurance.

These challenging workouts will help you achieve that long, lean dancer look and when combined with our other formats will help you achieve your ultimate level of fitness. Our three unique class formats are taught by our expert team of Total Barre® Certified Instructors. All levels welcome.

Total-Barre-EnduranceTotal Barre Endurance

Derived from Pilates, dance, cardio & strength training, this class teaches the basics through simple movement choreographed to music. Classes progress through various segments focusing on specific areas of the body including arms, legs and core. Each session follows the same format but different exercises are added for variety and challenge. No dance experience required.

This class combines Barre work with Pilates mat-work to sculpt the entire body. By adding resistance tubing and light weights, you'll increase strength and then cross-train with rhythmic movements to challenge coordination. This class focuses on toning the whole body. Our barre classes are held in our Barre Loft. No shoes for this class, but be sure to bring a towel and water.

This hot new workout incorporates intervals of traditional standing leg work at the ballet barre with high intensity work using light weights and resistance bands at a fast pace.  Central to the workout are toning and resistance exercises for the glutes, legs, torso and arms to sculpt muscles and elongate the appearance of your body.

This is a 25 minute version of our Total Barre Intense workout.  No time is wasted as you train intervals of traditional standing leg work at the ballet barre with high intensity work using light weights and resistance bands at a fast pace. Perfect with those new to the class format, limited on time, and especially for those combining workouts for a cross training benefit.  Be sure to bring a towel and some water for this challenging workout.
