JG TV Presents the series All You Need Is You” created by John Garey.  The are 12 exercises that make up the series can be done individually or together as a full body workout that requires no equipment and can be done virtually anywhere.

The  “All You Need Is You” series, continues with an exercise called “Push-up Play Time.” Pushups are a full-body exercise targeting your upper & lower body in addition to your core muscles. This variation challenges chest, shoulder, triceps, and core strength, as well as balance.  Using your own body as your exercise equipment means you can workout virtually anywhere!

Power Lunge Sprinter Exercise

Power Lunge Sprinter is another exercise in our series “All You Need Is You.”  This is a very dynamic exercise that includes stability, balance and strength work for the lower body.  This exercise focuses primarily on the muscles in the leg.  Decrease the challenge by taking out jump at the top.  Increase the challenge by adding a balance hold at the end of each jump before beginning the next repetition.

The next exercise in our series “All You Need Is You,” Side Lunge to Twist focuses on working on the muscles in the lateral system, such as the hip abductors, and the obliques. This exercise will challenge stability, balance and strength work for the upper quadrant.

The next exercise in our series, All You Need Is You, is Walking Gecko Push-up. This is a more advanced version of a push-up adding traveling both forward and back. This fun exercise will challenge your core, leg and arm muscles and is a full body exercise. Start with just one or two ‘walks’ and increase as you get stronger.

Our next exercise in the “All You Need Is You” Series is the Sumo Squat to Power Squat Jump. This plyometric exercise works the muscles in the lower body. It’s simple and effective. It is recommended that you start with one set 8-10 repetitions and increase both as you get stronger.

The next video in our series “All You Need Is You” features another version of a push-up. This Push-up emphasizes shoulder work, specifically deltoids, and helps increase body awareness and hamstring flexibility. It’s both challenging and fun.
